Police trying to trace phone stolen from town centre store

Police in Selby are investigating after a mobile phone was stolen from a town centre store last week.

The theft occurred at around 3:40pm last Tuesday afternoon when a demo Sony Z5 Premium Gold is was taken from the O2store on Gowthorpe. The phone in question had an IMEI identification number of 354321070032513.

Officers are appealing for information that could help them identify an individual who was seen in the store at around the time of the theft. They would also like to speak with anyone who may have bought or been offered the phone in recent days.
