Three men arrested as police investigate circumstances of violent incident in Selby Detectives are investigating a violent incident in Selby which left a man and woman in hospital.
It was reported to North Yorkshire Police at 5.16am today by Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
Following enquiries, two men aged in their early-30s and one man aged in his mid-20s have been arrested in connection with the investigation.
The injured man and woman are receiving treatment at hospital.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are unclear at this stage. Officers are working to establish the full facts with house-to-house and forensic enquiries on-going in a number of locations in Selby.
