An overnight closure will affect Selby's Old Toll Bridge next month as work takes place to replace the bridge's deck.
Contractors will move in from 11pm on Wednesday, 5th July and aim to be finished in time for 6am on Thursday.
Pedestrian access will be maintained while work is carried out, with motorists forced to divert via the A63. Cyclists will be able to use the bridge providing they dismount and walk bikes over to the other side.
The work was originally scheduled to be carried out earlier this week but was postponed due to persistent rain and wind.
