Police have appealed for information following the theft of a trailer from outside a Selby area hotel.
The theft occurred some time within a 24-hour window from 2pm last Saturday afternoon when the 'Sankey' trailer disappeared after being parked inside the grounds of Milford Hotel, South Milford.
Officers say the stolen trailer is a unique conversion of an ex-military Sankey trailer. Its original body tub had been removed and replaced with a wire cage and angle iron body.
The trailer still has its original NATO tow hitch, adding to its distinctive appearance.
Officers have released an image of the stolen trailer and are urging people with information to come forward.
