Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Selby District Council in respect of the following proposals:
A. Proposed single storey extension to rear of property to include new kitchen and utility room following demolition of existing conservatory at 13 Coppergate, Riccall by Derry Graham. Ref: 2016/0629/HPA.
B. Proposed demolition of existing garages and erection of a detached house and two single garages to support current dwelling at Elston House, 25 Main Street and proposed dwelling at Hailwood Cottage, 25B Main Street, Riccall by George Amos Homes. Ref: 2016/0765/FUL.
C. Listed Building Consent for the change of use of ground floor from retail to residential (second and third floor already currently residential) at 84 Gowthorpe, Selby by Mr Patrick John Quinn. Ref: 2016/0791/LBC.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 67 FOR DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 73 FOR DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE CHARACTER AND APPEARANCE OF THE CONSERVATION AREA
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Selby District Council for planning permission for the following:
A.Proposed demolition of existing single storey side extension and rebuild using existing materials at 43 Main Street, Riccall by Mr Don Pilmoor. Ref: 2016/0800/HPA.
The proposed development would, in the opinion of the District Council, affect the setting of Listed Building(s), which have been included in a List of Buildings of Special Architectural and Historic Interest issued by the Secretary of State for the Environment.
Electronic copies of the applications, plans and documents which accompanied them are available for inspection at Access Selby, 8-10 Market Cross, Selby, Sherburn Community Resource Centre, Selby District Council Community Office, Finkle Hill, Sherburn In Elmet and at Tadcaster library, Station Road, Tadcaster during normal opening hours.
Applications can also be viewed using the authority’s ‘PublicAccess’ website at www.selby.gov.uk.
Please note that on Wednesdays Access Selby will not open until 10.00am to allow for staff training. Any person who wishes to make representations to the District Council about the applications should do so in writing during the period of twenty-one days beginning with the date of publication of this notice to the address below.
