Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Selby District Council in respect of the following proposal:

A. Reserved matters application relation to layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and access of 119 no. dwellings of approval 2015/0105/OUT Outline application with all matters reserved for the erection of residential development at land north at Main Road, Hambleton by Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire. Ref: 2017/0117/REMM.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 67 FOR DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING 
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 73 FOR DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE CHARACTER AND APPEARANCE OF THE CONSERVATION AREA

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Selby District Council for planning permission for the following: 

C. Proposed erection of residential development of 14 dwellings at land off Doncaster Road, Brayton by Middlebrook Trust. Ref: 2017/0501/FUL.

D. Change of use of ground and first floor from retail (Use class A1) to restaurant (Use class A3) at ground floor level and activity rooms at first floor level at Unit C at 8 New Lane, Selby by Southcourt Developments Ltd. Ref: 2017/0705/COU.

E. Advert consent to display three fascia signs and two hanging signs (non-illuminated) at Thomson Travel Agents, 2 Gowthorpe, Selby by TUI UK. Ref:2017/0557/ADV.

The proposed developments would, in the opinion of the District Council, affect the setting of Listed Building(s), which have been included in a List of Buildings of Special Architectural and Historic Interest issued by the Secretary of State for the Environment.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 67 FOR DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Selby District Council for Planning Permission for the following:

F. Proposed demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of dwelling served from existing drive at Thornberry House, 9 Finkle Street, Hemingbrough by Mrs Gillian Parsons. Ref: 2017/0323/FUL.

The proposed development would, in the opinion of the District Council, affect the setting of Listed Building(s), which have been included in a list of buildings of special architectural and historical interest issued by the Secretary of State for the Environment.

Applications can also be viewed using the authority’s ‘PublicAccess’ website at www.selby.gov.uk.

Please note that on Wednesdays Access Selby will not open until 10.00am to allow for staff training. Any person who wishes to make representations to the District Council about the applications should do so in writing during the period of twenty-one days beginning with the date of publication of this notice to the address below. Please note any comments submitted by post or e mail will not be acknowledged but will normally be available to view on our web site within three working days of receipt.
