NOTICE UNDER SECTION 73 FOR DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE CHARACTER AND APPEARANCE OF THE CONSERVATION AREA
Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Selby District Council for planning permissions for the following:
A. Proposed erection of 2 storey extension to form 2 No 1 bedroom flats at Court House, New Lane, Selby by HWI. Ref: 2017/0777/FUL.
The proposed developments would, in the opinion of the District Council, affect the setting of Listed Building(s), which have been included in a List of Buildings of Special Architectural and Historic Interest issued by the Secretary of State for the Environment.
B. Convert vacant ground and first floor restaurant areas (A3) into 2No. ground floor retail units (A1) and 2No. first floor 1 bed flats (C3) Convert vacant first floor restaurant area (A3) and vacant office space (B1) into 1No. first floor 1 bed flat (C3) Convert vacant second floor office space (B1) into 5No. short term residential lets (C1) at Business Internet Directory, 67 Micklegate, Selby by Rosebud Enterprises. Ref: 2017/0656/COU.
The proposed developments would, in the opinion of the District Council, affect the setting of Listed Building(s), which have been included in a List of Buildings of Special Architectural and Historic Interest issued by the Secretary of State for the Environment.

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Selby District Council for Planning Permission for the following:
C. Proposed alterations and extensions including replacing existing conservatory with a new extension and forming a porch to the front at 32 Leeds Road, Selby by Mr & Mrs S Birch. Ref: 2017/0759/HPA.
The proposed development would, in the opinion of the District Council, affect the setting of Listed Building(s), which have been included in a list of buildings of special architectural and historical interest issued by the Secretary of State for the Environment.

The following is a Departure from the Development Plan. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Selby District Council in respect of the following proposal:
D. Outline application including access (all other matters reserved) for residential development at land off School Road, School Road, Hemingbrough. Ref: 2017/0772/OUTM.

Applications can also be viewed using the authority’s ‘PublicAccess’ website at www.selby.gov.uk. Please note that on Wednesdays Access Selby will not open until 10.00am to allow for staff training.
