Collision on the A1246 near Ledsham
A motorcyclist has died following a collision on a road near Selby Fork.
It happened on Sunday at around 15:10 on the A1246, at its junction with Holyrood Lane, the road that heads towards Ledsham.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene by responders. His family are now being supported by specially trained officers.
North Yorkshire Police is now urging anyone who witnessed a Honda CBR 1000 prior to the collision, or who may have relevant dashcam footage from the area to get in touch.
