Recruitment drive for Sherburn and Tadcaster care workers
A major recruitment drive has been launched in a bid to find much-needed home care and social care workers in our area.

The campaign is being spearheaded by Castlerock Recruitment Group and aims to recruit more than 30 home care and social care workers in the Tadcaster and Sherburn areas. As many as 14 new recruits will be required to start as early as March.
CRG's big recruitment push is being driven by the winning of a large contract in the area that will see the recruitment and health service provider working with the County Council.
The individuals, who do not need any previous experience or qualifications as full training will be provided, will work within the community, providing care and support for the elderly and people over the age of 18 who require assistance in their day-to-day lives.
Heidi Waring, Head of Operations at CRG, commented: “This is an extremely important contract that will deliver essential home care and social care support to residents within Sherburn in Elmet and Tadcaster.
