CCTV released in bid to catch dirty Selby station vandal
Police have released an image of a man they would like to trace following an act of vandalism at Selby’s railway station.

A glass window panel in the main entrance to the station was put through and an attempt was made to kick in a door leading to the station’s toilets. It is also believed that the vandal responsible then proceeded to urinate on the station platform.
The incident took place overnight, between the evening of Saturday, October 11th and the following morning.
Police have today released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
PC Dan Smith said, “This was an extremely unpleasant incident and a mindless act of criminal damage. If you recognise the man please contact us.”
