Upto six men involved in late night Selby 'street assault'
The group punched their victim who suffered bruising as a result.

An 18-year-old man has been assaulted in an apparent late night group attack in Selby town centre.
The incident took place on Finkle Street between midnight and 1am on Sunday, August 14th when the victim was set upon by a group of five or six men.
The victim was hit in the face and suffered minor facial bruising as a result.
North Yorkshire Police are now requesting the public’s help as they seek to determine the full set of circumstances surrounding the incident.
In particular, they say they would like to speak with anyone who can help them to identify the men, thought to be in their twenties, and what circumstances provoked the incident.
