Appeal for information following burglary in Hillam
Police investigating a burglary and criminal damage in Hillam are appealing to the public for their help.

The incident occurred between 6pm on Monday evening and 10am the following morning at the garage of a house on Betteras Hill Road in the village.
After breaking into the building the perpetrators inflicted damage to a fridge-freezer and fridge within the property.
PC Nicola Gill, of Selby Safer Neighbourhood Team, said, “If you have any information which could help to identify those responsible for this burglary and damage, I ask you to contact the police straight away.”
