Police probe village garage break-ins

Police are investigating after two garages were broken into on the same day in a Selby area village.

The break-ins occurred in Hirst Courtney on April 10th. Both crimes saw thieves breaking locks to gain entry.

A Ford Focus car and various tools and equipment are among items from the garages.

Anybody who saw anything suspicious is urged to call North Yorkshire Police on 101.
