Lorry driver charged over Selby Fork death-crash
The driver of a lorry involved in a fatal collision on the A64 near Selby Fork has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

Police arrested the 56-year-old Bulgarian national on Sunday afternoon as investigations into the crash took place. He was charged last night and remanded into custody ahead of an appearance before Magistrates' in York this morning.
A 19-year-old man driving a Renault Clio died in the incident that occurred on Saturday afternoon. His identity is yet to be released.
