Local man arrested as police seize 'class A drugs' in BMW search

A suspected Selby drug dealer has been arrested after his BMW car was stopped and searched.

Officers from North Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Group stopped the 36-year-old on the A645 near Hensall at 2:45pm on Friday, April, 21st. Upon searching his vehicle they allegedly found and seized class A drugs and a large amount of cash.

He was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and has since been released on bail while enquiries continue.
