Police hunt town centre jewellery store burglars
Police in Selby are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a burglary at a town centre jewellers.

Thieves entered the jewellers on Gowthorpe between 8pm and 9pm yesterday evening before making off with a number of items from the store's window display.
The burglars fled the scene after triggering the store's burglar alarm. It is not currently known if they made their escape on foot or by vehicle.
Police say extensive enquiries into the incident remain ongoing at this time. Forensic examinations have been made of the scene and police are analysing CCTV footage from the area.
Officers have appealed for people to come forward with any information that could assist the investigation and possibly identify those involved in the burglary.
In particular, they would like to know about any suspicious individuals or vehicles seen in and around Gowthorpe around the time of the incident or in recent days.
