Firefighters tackle Tadcaster barn fire
Firefighters are currently tackling a blaze at a hay barn in Tadcaster.

The fire is understood to have broken out shortly after 5:00 pm this evening the barn off Oxton Lane in the town. Firefighters from the nearby Tadcaster station are currently onsite and expect to remain so for much of the night.
Around 100 tonnes of hay were stored in the steel framed barn which measures approximately 20 by 10 meters.
