Skaters invited to shape town's new skate park

Skaters and BMXers from the local area are being invited to a help shape the town's new skating facilities.

Selby District Council are holding a consultation session with skaters as development gets underway on what will become Selby Leisure Village.

The session will take place at the Council's Doncaster Road headquarters on Wednesday evening at 5:30 pm.

All users and other interested parties are welcome to attend the event which will also offer a chance to find out more about the facilities coming to the new Leisure Village.
