Efit issued in hunt for man who 'attacked' girl on Selby playing field

Police investigating an alleged assault on a girl on a Selby playing field have issued an efit of a potential suspect.

Officers were brought in after the girl reported being 'grabbed by the wrist' by an unknown man whilst out walking on the field, known locally as the top field, between St John Mews and Bondgate. The incident occurred at around 9:00pm on the evening of Wednesday, June 3rd.

The man in the efit is described by police as being in his twenties, around 5' 5" in height and of a 'very pale complexion'. At the time of the incident he was wearing dark blue jeans and a plain black hoodie.
