Cash and expensive Jewelry stolen in Tadcaster burglary

Police are investigating a burglary in Tadcaster in which a large amount of cash and several items of distinctive jewellery were stolen

The incident happened at a property on Doncaster Road between 7.30am and 6pm on Thursday, July 28th.

Among items stolen were a Cartier three band wedding ring, a silver Gucci watch, Links of London Pearl, and a Jamie gold hearted necklace. Other items include a Tiffany cross necklace and silver Links necklaces and a Marc Jacobs necklace with red heart charm.

A Rolex watch which holds great sentimental value was also stolen. The watch is described as vintage style 1980 to early 90’s with a black face with a steal and gold coloured bracelet and worth around £5,000.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area on the day of 28 July 2016 is asked to contact police. Also, anyone with any information about the jewellery is also urged to contact police.
