Final preparations are well under way as Selby gears up to host its annual family fun day.
Thousands of visitors are expected to flock into the town centre area this Sunday for a day stuffed full with free activities and entertainment to suit the whole family.
Town centre locations including Selby Park, Scott Road Park and the Bowling Green will once again be taken over by organisers from Selby Town Council as the annual extravaganza rolls into town.
Proceedings are set to get under way from noon when Mayor Gavin Harding opens the event.
A host of free rides and entertainment, including a dog show, will be on offer on the Scott Road park lands that surround the community centre. Also taking place will be a Motorcycle Rally, held in the car park opposite Morrisons.
The crowning jewel of Selby's annual big day out will be, as ever, the free open-air concert on the Bowling Green. Live music will get under way from 12:30 and is set to entertain the crows until around 8 o'clock.
Selby 'Battle of the Bands' winners MOM are set to be joined by bands including Low Keys, UB40 experience and De La Funk.
