Police investigate Womersley attempted break-in
North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an attempted burglary in Womersley near Selby.

Three teenagers were seen to run from the scene of the burglary which occurred at a property on Park Lane at around 12.45am yesterday.
It is believed they were disturbed by the alarm after trying to force open the garage door.
The suspects left the area in an old-style Mercedes saloon.
Officers are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or can help to identify the suspects to get in touch.
